For over 45 years, NDAA has developed and facilitated exceptional hands-on trial advocacy courses; providing for prosecutors a realistic strategic based training simulating their courtroom experience. NDAA hands on trial advocacy training includes foundational lectures, demonstrations and guided workshops designed to hone prosecutors’ litigation skills.This hands on trial advocacy training is designed for prosecutors with 2-5 years’ experience. Work with case scenarios as experienced faculty members provide overviews of key aspects of pretrial preparation, case analysis, theme development, opening statement, direct and cross examination, closing argument and use of visuals.  Receive hands on guidance to implement techniques discussed by faculty members in their foundational overviews.  Attendees will receive immediate constructive feedback of  live performance exercises and videotaped performances; and follow up guidance as needed. 

ELIGIBILITY: NDAA Invites prosecutors in local, state, tribal, federal and military government attorneys’ offices with 2- 5 years’ experience.
