This training is a long-standing staple in NDAA’s renowned trial advocacy training. This training focuses on faculty development; it is geared for prosecutors who have a desire to become skilled teachers.  The curriculum is participant centered and instructor led. You will be actively involved in the training process. You will receive foundational instruction on presentation styles, use of technology in presentation, persuasion, the art of critiquing, legal issues regarding copyright, ethics and communication skills. Learn how to incorporate creative training techniques and deliver effective interactive presentations.  All participants must make a presentation on an element of trial advocacy or a related prosecution topic. You are encouraged to work on a current project. Your presentations will be videotaped, and you will receive both substantive critique as well as a stylistic  critique. Whether you are new to training in your office, state, regionally or nationally this course is for you. There will be a strong emphasis on assisting you to improve your presentation skills regardless of your level of experience.
